I was sitting in my house, bored. I started playing Dead Space 2. Trying to get the "Mission Impossible" Trophy for beating the game on the Zealot Difficulty. Eventually, I decided to play Minecraft.

I signed in, but noticed something different. There was no Mojang Logo. I was in 1.0.0, so I figured that was added to get into the game faster. But the background of the main menu was odd. It seemed to be a flat landscape with random holes in the ground, it was night, and I remember seeing a small Alter made of Obsidian. It was 3x3, and had a Diamond Block sitting on it surrounded by Iron Bars. I ignored it and started a new 1.0.0 world. I titled it "BioTown". When the world generated, I noticed something that almost seemed wrong. There was no lag while the world was generating. Eh, I'm not gonna question it. Just gonna embrace no lag... I thought. Continuing, I started punching trees and made some wooden tools. Then suddenly, I noticed something moving amongst the fog. You see, I keep my render distance on Short because Far and Normal make me lag too much. I followed the thing thinking it was a Zombie or Skeleton under Tree cover.

It wasn't.

What was looking at me was a player with a skin that made him look like he was made of Obsidian. He had a nameplate that said "_____". Just that. He built an Alter out of Obsidian like the one I saw on the Main Menu. It placed a Diamond Block on it, exactly replicating the Alter on the Menu. He gave me an Iron Pickaxe and left. I wondered why, but I mined the Diamond thinking it would be nice having 9 Diamonds right off the bat.

Biggest. Mistake. Ever.

I realised I had triggered a trap. I heard the hissing of TNT. I grabbed the Diamond and sprinted away, barely surviving. It started getting dark. I punched down some more Trees and made a small Wooden Shack. I decided to make a Diamond Pickaxe and Sword. I started Mining and found Iron quickly. I came back up to craft a Furnace to smelt the Iron. I found a Chest. I looked in it, and there was a lot of bones. I also noticed a Sign next to the Chest. "You will die..." It said. I got freaked out. I took the bones and threw the Sign outside. I sat in my Shack until morning.

After sunrise, I decided to explore the world. I noticed lots of intresting things. Gigantic Mountains, dark Caves, even Villages. But one Village caught my eye more than anything else. I had to inspect it. I found that the Houses had the same black color hue, Farms didn't have Wheat, they had Nether Warts, and the Well had Lava in it instead of Water. I went in a House and found that there wasn't a Villager there like I hoped. Instead, there was a Blaze. I killed it and got it's Rod. Then I noticed it was 11:59 PM, so I went back to my Shack, saved, and went to bed. In real life, not Minecraft.

While I slept, I heard an odd sound. I got up to check it out, but there was nothing there. I noticed the computer had somehow opened an Internet Explorer window. I closed it. But I noticed that the background was different. Instead of a Christmas themed Blockland background, there was an Elegy of Emptyness Stature from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. I got freaked out and changed it back. I returned to sleep.

The next day, I decided to play more Minecraft. I logged in, but this time it still didn't show the Mojang Logo. Instead, it flashed large red letters at me that said "Welcome back, BioShock_Rules.". I noticed that the background was very different. Instead of showing me the landscape like it normally does, it showed the old background of just stone from Beta 1.7.3, with the EoE statue on the left, the "Obsidian man" on the right, and an Enderman in the middle. The only options were Single player and Multiplayer. I went to Single player and noticed the background shift. It changed into a Myst book from the game MYST. I looked for the world BioTown, but it was renamed to "Hello". I clicked on it. I noticed my Shack was burned down and on the Furnace I crafted, there was a Sign. "Hello BioShock_Rules. You wanna play? Let's have some fun, then." It said. I looked for that Village with the black colored houses and Blaze villagers, just to have the sense I wasn't alone in that Shell of my World. I noticed the Farm, the Lava Well, and almost all the Houses were gone. There was one left. The one I killed that Blaze in. I entered it and noticed a hole in the Floor leading to the Void. I heard approaching Footsteps. I spun around and saw that "_____" guy, but his Nameplate said "Ghost" now. "You never should have come here. Now you will pay the price." He said and punched me into the Hole. When I died, where my score should be, it said "&e0" like when EXP wasn't the score. And where "You died!" should be, it said "You will DIE". I tried respawning, but I spawned in the Void every time.

I left the World and noticed the background was back to normal. I went to Multiplayer and joined a Server. I noticed many players chatting stuff such as "I'm giving away Golden Apples for 2 Diamonds.". I decided to build my Shack. Someone asked me "Have you heard?" "About Herobrine being a myth? Yeah." I answered. "No, about the 'Ghost'." He said. "'Ghost'?" I replied. "Yeah. He randomly appears in your MC Worlds, screws things up, and knocks you into the Void where you can't get out." He answered. "That happened to me." I said. Suddenly, I noticed something. "Ghost joined that game". Everyone freaked out. Suddenly, I was kicked from the Server. I tried joining again, but the Server disappeared from the server list. It was replaced with "Ghost will kill you". I did this with many Servers, and the same thing happened. I decided to look on the Minecraft Wiki about MC glitches. I found something.

It said exactly this.

"Ghost is a fatal flaw with Minecraft only known to exist in 1.0.0. If encountered, you will die. 'Ghost' is an apparition that starts by eliminating the Mojang Logo and turning the background into a flat landscape with holes in the ground and Obsidian 'Alters'. Slowly, it escalates into a fatal error. Villages will be transformed, your computer will seem posessed, and you will eventually encounter Ghost face to face, where it will push you into the Void where you will be unable to respawn. Ghost will follow you into Multiplayer Servers and cause you to be kicked from the Server, where the name of it will be replaced by 'Ghost will kill you'. If the background is different and the Mojang Logo is missing when you log in, delete Minecraft.jar and download a fresh .jar file to avoid death."

Now I'm just freaked out by that "Whoever encounters Ghost will die" stuff. I type this in fear for my life, as I hear Footsteps drawing closer. Oh, god! Ghost is here!! AAHHH!!!

[Ghost's Perspective]
Oh, hi. Don't mind me. I'm just watching this guy who activated me, BioShock_Rules, put his happenings up on the MC Forums. I'm stalking him. When he's finished, He's mine. You wanna hear what happened to make me do this to him? Ok, put I warn you, this is not a pretty tale.

I was sitting in his Computer, watching him play Dead Space 2. When he turned it off and came to his computer to play Minecraft, I sprang up. I got ready to work my evil magic on him. He started up MC and Logged in, and I activated. I took him straight to the menu, and screwed with the Main Menu. I laughed at his confusion. He made a new World, and allowed me to take him out. I killed the lag, and watched as he took down trees to make a house. Before he started building, I went after him. I came out, with my practically blank Nameplate. I build the Obsidian Alter, and added the Diamond Block. I dropped him an Iron pick. He took it and mined it. But the guy escaped from the TNT I had armed. I left, and watched him make his house. When he went mining, I added a Chest filled with Bones, and a Sign that said "You will die..." I smirked at his reaction.

When the Sun came up, he went exploring. I followed him, and Altered a Village he was going to find. I gave the buildings a Black Color Scheme, made the Well have Lava in it, made their crops Nether Warts, and killed the Testificated and replaced them with Blazes. When he found it, he was so surprised. He had killed a Blaze and taken it's Rod. I then put a hole to the Void in it's house, preparing for the next step.

He went to sleep, giving me plenty of time to set up the next thing. I logged on as him, went into his World, burned down his shack, added a Sign that said "Hello BioShock_Rules. You wanna play? Let's have some fun, then." I then renamed the World "Hello". Then I changed what happenes when he logs in. I made it say "Welcome back, BioShock_Rules." Also, just for kicks, I changed his Christmas Blockland Background to the Elegy of Emptyness Statue from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. That ought to freak him out.

The next day, when he woke up to play more Minecraft, he was terrified by what was heppening. when he went to play Singleplayer, I got into his World. When he went to the Village, I appeared, with my new Nameplate, reading "Ghost". I knocked him into the Void. ending his MC life. When he went to multiplayer and started talking to some people, I waited for him to say "That Happened to Me." Then I joined, and kicked him. I did this for many Servers.

After he gave up, and went to the MC Wiki, to read about me, I entered his house, where I am now.

Now that he's finished posting what happened to him, it's time to finish this. Hahahahahahaha!!!!! I love to hear my Victims scream.
