RBD is an iconic musical pop group in Latino culture. The soap opera-born group achieved massive success for years until their disbandment.
Now, a long time later, a reunion tour will take place: the Soy Rebelde (RBD) Tour 2023. The news has moved thousands of fans since its confirmation.
However, it seems that the ‘Soy Rebelde’ (RBD) Tour 2023 presale code is leaving fans confused. If that is your case, find out here how to participate in the presale through Citibank, Live Nation or Ticketmaster.
Soy Rebelde (RBD) Tour 2023 presale code on Citi Bank, Live Nation or Ticketmaster
Although it has been rumored for a long time, the RBD Tour 2023 was officially confirmed just a few hours ago. Since then, fans have been searching for a way to access the presale.
However, there seems to be a lot of confusion about the process, as many are not sure which presale codes to use or how to proceed.
As on previous occasions, Live Nation, Ticketmaster and Citibank are involved in the process.
Beginning with Live Nation/Ticketmaster, the method already seen in concerts by other artists is repeated. If you access from the website, the code to use is ‘SOUND’, although if that doesn’t work you can also try ‘CHEER’.
On the other hand, if you access from the Live Nation mobile app, the code to use is ‘COVERT’. Meanwhile, the code for the Citibank presale is ‘412800’.
But, there is a key difference compared to previous occasions, and it is the exclusivity of the use of Citibank cards:
Access to this presale is limited to Citi cardmembers only. If you do not have a Citi credit or debit card, you will not be able to complete the purchase process, even if you receive an access code.

To register for the presale, you must enter with your Ticketmaster credentials. Then, you will receive a confirmation via email with your presale code and other details.
Registration closes on Sunday, January 22 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). The presale code that you receive via email can only be used if you complete the checkout with a Citibank card.
Once you receive your code and have your Citibank card ready, you will be able to participate in the presale that will begin on January 26 (from 12 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. EST).
The presale for Citibank members will begin on January 25 at 12 p.m. (EST). Meanwhile, direct ticket sales will begin on January 27 at 12 p.m. (EST).

01:52 pm (IST): Some fans are now getting waitlisted, while others report that they haven’t yet received the pre-sale code by email. Moreover, some are asking if they can be added to the Citi waitlist.
The presale for Soy Rebelde (RBD) Tour 2023 will reportedly kickstart tomorrow.

Update 3 (January 27, 2023)
10:45 am (IST): Some fans report very expensive tickets prices, increasing even more on resale (1, 2, 3). Seems like it can cost up to $700 to get front row tickets, and at least $400 for decent seats.

Update 4 (January 31, 2023)
06:05 pm (IST): RBD has announced a fourth additional date for Los Angeles (October 18). The presale for the same will start from tomorrow, i.e., February 1st.
Also, new additional dates have been introduced for the Mexico tour (November 23 / December 2-3). More information here.
Update 5 (February 1, 2023)
04:55 pm (IST): Some fans have reported that they’re not receiving codes for the booking or their received codes are not working. However, reports reveal that ticket prices sold so far range from $95 to $1355 in price.
