I am not a complainer but I have to really complain about my recent online order! I ordered an office chair on 11/11 to be picked up in store, received an email that order would be delayed until after 6pm. Next email I received advised would not be available for pickup until 11/12, on this date received another email that order was delayed again and to check back after 6pm. Well now I am confused as to what is going on with my order so I contact your support via chat and was assured my order would be there that day, received another email order delayed and now it is being shipped via FED EX, tracked order it was delivered today. I downloaded your App went to this store was advised by App to go into Pickup Tower at the entrance, by this time I am wondering why I could not have picked it up outside because I am by myself and will have to load this big item myself. I waited by the tower after entering my order number for at least 15 minutes, no one even acknowledged me, so I call the number and am routed to the pickup department which just rang and rang, operator came on the line I advised I have been waiting at tower for quite a while, she assured me she would contact someone, and finally someone arrived. No one checked my ID just asked for my name, I had downloaded the App for scanning purposes but your equipment I guess could not handle that. What I am really saying is if you are going to offer this service you need to be more organized. Maybe put a bench at the tower so you can sit while waiting. And give some indication that you are helping your customer not just leave us to guess as to what is going on. Really disappointed, when it is so easy to make your customer's happy!! Rant is over, I hope you take this into consideration and not ignore me again!!

Good experience here. Parking was easy, and i found what i was shopping for easily. Employees were friendly and helpful. Self check out was available. I do wish companies that offer this would give the shopper a perk for using self checkout. We are doing the work saving the store $...plus self check out is probably eliminating jobs...but i do use it when offered.

I feel this store needs to clean up the outside from all the homeless people around and the smells they leave behind. It is disgusting when you get out of your car and smell urine. Come on Walmart!! Have more respect for your employees and your customers
