Unfortunately, USF is located far from the center of Tampa, making engaging in the city culture a bit difficult. The school could work a lot harder to make things easier and better for students e.g. clubs, food, school spirit. I'm glad to have attended for the good reputation but my college experience could have been better at another school.

The University of South Florida is one of the most underrated schools in the country. It is affordable while still giving a great education in the medical and engineering fields. It is kind of a commuter school but you can still manage to have a good time.

It is the best school in Florida; the only people I've met who didn't like it wanted their hand held the whole time. It's college, it's supposed to be hard. You're adults, figure it out.

I'm a international senior here, and honestly I'm glad I chose USF. Tampa is a great city, and USF has alot to offer for internships, research opportunities, social life. Alot is within decent walking or driving distance, and campus is pretty safe, with good freedom to be a functioning adult. Advising can be iffy, but overall great school.

Proud Bull. I enjoy USF and am proud to attend here. I am in the College of Business and Geosciences and the faculty is overall top-notch and there are plenty of clubs to join and events to attend.

USF is very great due to its location. Nice beaches with wonderful weather. It's in a big city so it's also pretty easy to get around and there're many internship opportunities. There are many sorority and fraternity.

Really depends on the campus you attend. St. Pete is the campus I am rating this for, everything is great people are wonderful but the food is iffy. The University is in a really cute area, with central avenue only being about 10 minutes away.

They claim the cheapest in FL bc they put ALL the charges on students. Takes $3-5 just to wash & dry 1 load of laundry & thats 1 example of many. Safety? a joke. Main campus located on the #1 sex trafficking street in FL. Cops at USFSP hate crime black students & almost killed my gf, & the boy who title 9nd my friend still attends, NO consequences.

University of South Florida is a great school. The Tampa location is very nice and the nature is beautiful. The campus is the perfect size in my opinion, not too big or too small. The campus is the perfect size for those who walk between their classes. The food options are good. The professors and students are all nice, respectful, and educated.

USF wonders why they have such a bad rep, tried all 4 years to enjoy my time but now that I'm graduating, i look back & this school did nothing but make me miserable. Was involved in greek life, clubs and more and they all were awful.Advising? Does not exist at this school, there is no help with anything. Want to have a big future? Don't go here.
